Sticky steering wheel TSB

I know that loads of people have had sticky steering wheel issues with both the RRS & D3, most have been able to get their wheels changed under warranty but.... is there a TSB that covers the issue to allow me to force the hand of my dealer.

I've sent Bobby a PM but thought I would post this to see if anyone else had an idea too.

I found that cleaning mine with Gliptone and then adding the Gliptone conditioner brought mine back to life, no more sticky or dry patches

2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 Autobiography Nara Bronze

A lot of D3 owners suffered with this and some had them replaced free of charge. I am sure a TSB info was floating around on the D3 forum as well. Might be worth logging in there and having a look 2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography
