Paul I don't think it is in his interest to get a bad reputation and up until now I think yours is the first complaint about Customer service.I know he was in Australia for a while .I'm still waiting for him to come to Spain but we can never get the dates sorted. C'mon Chris this is not like you |

I know that up to the 21st April he was overseas.............. he was back in the UK on the 21st as he came to the factory visit.

To add a little reasurance, when it transpired that my car had already been re-mapped (doh!) I got the cheque back, instantly, even though I had no receipt (I think they take chasis numbers). When I had an engine issue with my car (nothing to do with TC as it turned out) Chris from TC offered more support than my dealer, even offered to bring a new part to my house in an aid to identifying the problem. When my car was re-mapped by my dealer (whilst TC was in Australia a couple of weeks ago) my car was re-mapped again on their return FOC. I don't always give out a slab of beer to everyone. These guy's deserved it. I hope you get the paperwork soon. Regards, Rob |
