Ok strike two, the brakes were fine, they cleaned up everything and couldnt find anything wrong. However when they tested to see the noise the vehicle was in offroad mode so there was no click! as soon as i lowered my vehicle and drove away it was clicking again I immediatley had the service manger check it out as i rolled slowly. He thought it was my wheel (they're two piece) and that maybe the nuts that attach the two pieces of the wheel were lose. So I torqued them all, and still its clicking. The noise sounds like a a piece of metal is in my a bicycle spokes and just is annoying as hell. it seems like it clicks every half turn. Is there any ball bearings in the rear differential thing that spins that wheel? (sorry for my expert terminology) I'm thinking it is that or the suspension.

the noise coud be a clicking or a poping, or maybe a loud tapping. very similiar to that click that comes from the suspension when you raise it too offroad, but slightly loader. does anyone know what that "normal" clicking is from and why? maybe thats messed up. 

My logic and opinion:

Based on what you say has been checked and eliminated already, if the clicking is only heard at regular points of the wheels rotation AND only in some suspension heights, then my conclusion is that the problem is likely to emanate from the universal joint on the drive shaft. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.

Do you think that premature wear on suspension components/joints/driveshafts can be attributable to putting bigger than recommended wheels on i.e. 21"+?

wheel size would not make any issues with a suspension. my overall diameter is nearly the same size as the oem wheels/tires. yes my wheels are larger but my tires are smaller.

my dealer is very cool, they love, they would cover my ass even if it wasnt under warranty. I've never had t pay for anything, not even brakes. which in the US they make u pay for usually.

sweet guys, thanks for the help. is there a TSP on this or anything i can bring into them to expedite my service. so they would have to replace the entire drive shaft for that one faulty section?

Just noticed my RRS has the same problem about the noise from back wheel.
Murdered Out have you solve the problem yet?

any update on this issue? I think my car is making the same noise all beit quite loud with some screeching...
