Anyone know where I can get a spare button that replaces the big blank grey one above the phone button on right hand side of stereo? Want to cut it up and mount this remote flush in it.

Let me just make sure I'm reading this right.....you want to mount a remote control for a phone that can sit in your cup holder??  Everybody is clinging on to their sanity….Some just hide it better than others….

Yes but when driving not good to have to look at phone to unlock and then select next track etc. Much easier to use remote and select next track.

I was looking at the steering wheel and the area above the cruise control buttons, looks big enough, but the area in the stereo looks an easier option.
