| carlos50 Member Since: 04 Oct 2010 Location: North East Posts: 402      | I had this with a BMW some years back and was told to keep filling the system and it will force the air out as you pour more coolant in there. The system i had used a breather overflow which i could hear the air hissing out as i poured more coolant down the filler neck.

| MikeS Member Since: 24 Dec 2009 Location: Parkdale, Melbourne Posts: 261      | Harry, you do have the heater set to fully hot don't you ? In my (albeit limited) experience of bleeding the air from coolant systems the heater always had to be set to full hot, otherwise the systems not fully open.
