Mirrors when reversing

Hi all
I am new to this forum and joined it as you seem a really nice bunch and hope you can help me with a couple of issues I have?
I have just purchased a 56 plate range Rover Sport 2.7 V6 Diesel, I find that when I put it in reverse both door mirrors tilt down, I realise this it to help protect the alloys, but it makes it really difficult to reverse, is there any way I can alter this and may be just have the passenger one tilt a little??
I await your replies
Thank you all
Ray

Select reverse, adjust the mirrors,

I'm not sure if this parts required, but i then select my memory seat set button and press the preset number I want to save it too

I thinks it's the same for a RRSport

You can just switch it off in the options on the dash computer

I tried setting my passenger side mirror so that it dips when i select reverse but couldnt get it to do it.

With the engine on i selected reverse, adjusted the mirror, pressed my memory then button 1 but the mirror just goes back and if i select reverse again it doesnt dip.

a) what am i doing wrong ?

or

b) how do i check to see if its turned off in the dash computer menu ?

Thanks

Carl

Ignition on but engine off press the i button on the end of the indicator stalk until you get to settings, then scroll through the setting and adjust using the steering wheel buttons. All in the manual.

Sounds like one of you needs to turn 'Reverse Mirror Dip' on and the other wants to turn it off?

James Thumbs Up
