Useless... it always amazes me that dealers don't pre-order parts for delivery when they know they'll need something!

Demand of the MD why the parts were not ordered the day your car was booked in for the service. I will not be amused if mine goes in for it's service and comes out with no FBH -they have had a month's notice to get it! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care

SERVICE / REPAIR UPDATE

Well it's back and all seems well

Renewed o/s/f outer "A" post trims

Rectified squeeks/rattles from o/s "B" post ( loose wiring )

Renewed Air Compressor

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

On order - modified LR parts for the steering column - in order to eliminate the "knock" I feel through the s/column. Will get a call to re book in to sort ASAP
