This was the state of the interior of my Freeloaner that I picked up this morning!

I was in too much of a hurry to go and complain [ call me arsey if you must ] but I just left them mine in mint condition - I had a new expensive suit on & furthermore I am bloody peed off with Freelanders

I had aslo sent LR an email on the 13th October detailing a number of issues/grievences that i have experienced with my S/C RRS - but to date have not received a reply - so I took this picture - added it to the original email and resent it

I was not in a good mood - does it show

I know too well that these cars are meant/capable of getting very muddy - but not when I'm going about my business thanyou !

That is a bit of a state!

In fact, I've been delayed taking a loaner away from a LR dealers before now because they hadn't cleaned it.

Exactly !

Not once have I had anything near as bad as this from Audi - in fact they are always spotless and top spec models to boot !

I bet you dont get this from your BMW dealers either shmoogle

Indeed not. In fact when I went to pick up the 530 loaner, it had just come out of the valet station and the floor mats were still moist from the steam cleaner. The extra cup of coffee they offered me was nice too!

I tried for the DP's M5 while waiting for mine... the sales guy did teeter for a moment. If ever I need a Jedi mind trick, it was then.

Depressing reading !

As you all know I have been looking around at a number of different cars [ bad habbits I know ] But i was not prepared for the shock that awaited me

It would appear that the trade doesn't like the Supercharged much - if at all

Mine is mint as expected - low mileage sept 05 "55" plate [ 06 model year ] 14,000miles - Factory Privacy Glass - Tracker - JE Stainless |Steel Exhaust

SO WHAT - best offer I bet will be below £40k

However there does appear to be plenty about - just look on autotrader for example = hundreds Decent examples range between 40 - 43k mark

What will it be worth next year .... next month ....... or even tomorrow .... sod it !
