Hopefully you clever chaps can help me. I have a Netgear router connected to my PC by a cable. I have a new laptop that is wireless enabled but though it can find the network and I give it the key will not connect |

Always worth tackling these things in small steps by removing all the hurdles and then adding them back in one by one.

I go to a lot of problems like this, key in the wireless key and it works straight away - customer informs me that is what they were doing, however it didn't work for them |
