I’ve seen pressed stainless knobs that are shaped the same as the knob, they slide over the top of the rubber. They look good but I did see they obscure the marking around the outside i.e. the red and blue on the temp one. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Fitted some of those to mine, they are actually plastic, thought they blended in well with rest of silver parts to give it a bit of contrast, didn't bother about red and blue scale being covered as has led read out anyway. Fitted them on rear vents as well for a bit of contrast.

That’s them, they look better than I thought. I didn’t realise they were plastic but if the quality is there then that’s fine. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Mine quoted several weeks but only took a week or so, inside the cover is a ring of 3M VHB tape just peel of backing tape, they virtually locate themselves on existing knob and press down lightly to stick in place, I actually took the knob off and stuck the cover on first then pushed knobs back onto panel as didn't want to apply to much pressure to the switch panel. On the larger temp control one's I actually fitted a extra ring of tape first to raise height a small amount, as I found one of them rubbed very slightly on the panel in one position which having slight OCD annoyed me probably pot-luck really as only one did it.
