England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

No standard production run RRS came with a sunroof.

Discovery's had them though.

"Sport" is a confusing term.

If you get a 3.6, think about getting it remapped. It apparently makes a big difference over standard. Im fairly happy with the sportiness of the TDV8, the active roll bars and v8 mean you can press on if you want to. Its no hot hatch, but its very capable across country.

My MY08 HSE TDV8 doesnt have a sunroof Smile

Didn't take long Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

The 3.6 is rubbish, mine has been nothing but problem problem, what iv spent on fixing it outweighs the extra id have spend on fuel if id bought a petrol one. The 2.7 isnt all that exciting and i have a friend whos crank snapped.
Given the choice again id have gone for a 5.0 petrol, its a mega engine and makes the car fun to drive spiteful Range Rover Sport tdv8

With it having done 108, I'd be wanting to see a receipt for gearbox oil having been changed or a flush done. I'd be looking for work done on the turbos and EGR valves too. Most important is to plug a fault reader in.

Other than that it looks tidy, the grill and vents aren't standard and the terrain response dial has been changed.

Thanks for that, I`ll ask the seller. Id noticed the grill and vents but not the dial. How is it different, pic isn`t the clearest?

I asked the questions and this is the reply...

Hi Steve yeah got all the pictures cheers, as regards your questions I don't know I am in the trade and I got the car off a friend of my fathers. He spent a long time looking for one which was right and that had been well looked after. All the services have been at main agents barring one which was a Land Rover specialist.
I have had a lot of these over the last 5 years as I was getting most of the px exchanges out of my local Land Rover main agent till they got taken over last year and i will honestly say that I don't think for the age and mileage you will find one as nice.
Cheers Lee.

He also seems to have sold at least 7 other cars in the last year or so... I'd consider that "being a trader" but if the car is good and you get it checked out then it seems like a nice motor (not sure about the walnut trim though - personal preference is for piano black).

Also has painted mirror covers (nice) and white side repeaters... Terrain response dial looks identical to mine ! D3 LHD - great car !

Yeah, I assumed it was private initially from the ad layout. I don`t like any wood trim but that`s fixable Thumbs Up
