Well I happened to be in an Auto store today and saw a pair of Rainx lattitude's. They are very similar to the OEM wiperblades as they are not metal framed. It hasn't rained yet, but when I tested them with washer fluid, they didn't make any noise. I had to pay $19.99 for each blade which is still a bargain compared to Land Rover's price. I looked at RainX's website and couldn't find them either. Maybe you guys on the other side of the pond should check by your local autostore. IDK what they are there but I found mine at "PepBoys."

MDP if you do find some please let me know as I will purchase a set as well. Mine is booked into the dealers for a service and they will look at the wipers, have alredy had the rubbers changed with no affect.

I don't know where you are headed, but any Pep Boys store should carry them for US$19.99/each, and there is usually a "2-for-1" mail-in rebate printed on most of their in-store fliers... Which won't do you much good if you are in the US for only a few days, but even at $40-some it is still a good deal for some really good quality blades.

When here, go to the www.pepboys.com site and you can input your USA address to find the closest Pepboys.

Ridiculous that you simply can't buy these damn things online! I'm going to Vail next week and am planing a stop in the Denver area to buy some of these.

Sorry guys. I went to all the website's of the major auto part stores and none of them seem to do ordering online. It seems pretty stupid to me. Once I find a link I'll put it up.

My 2006 RR Sport has had dreadful wiper problems since I drove out of the showroom. Wipers did not at all clean a large swath on the passenger side, and the wipers were ear-splittingly loud and jumpy on the winshield.

I did not think that this could possibly just be a wiper blade problem, since it existed from day one. My dealer said it was, but they did not have the LR $65 blades in stock.

I was very happy to find this post. However, since I live in Manhattan, we too have no Pep Boys. I found another website that indicated Valeo blades fit the RR Sport, which are probably available throughout Europe. Installed 22" "ultimate" blades yesterday. So far, quiet as could be, and they clean the whole windows. No rain or snow here yet, so I cannot provide a full report, but already a 100% improvement over the original equipment.

I asked my stealer today about the new "quieter" compound LR wipers. Apparently they're on back order at the factory. Obviously a high demand then.., now, let me guess why??? Rolling Eyes
