I think you're right AJB... and the comment you make about US/UK tastes being very different when it comes to these sort of mods. I think we have a fairly wide range of ages in our membership, but the consensus does usually seem to be to keep mods simple for more appreciation. But as a lot of us have said, beauty is in the eye of the beholder - if you like it, that's the most important.

I still don't like black alloys, I just don't think the effect works. Neither did I like the gold alloys on Scoobys, so I guess I am just old-fashioned Wink

I suspect though that we'd all love to see pics of the HST you're about to do. It would be interesting to see what reaction that gets Thumbs Up

ajbsignature - the LED '10' lights would look fab! i'm toying with the idea for my own car! Also the Hawke/Revere style partially tinted lights also look great - in my opinion.

Please dont get me wrong, i havent doubted the quality of the paint finish, i'm sure its very good. Its as you stated, the back lights and 'ebay special' (lol) exhaust tips I was talking about. Maybe I should have been clearer.

Looking forward to seeing the Revere RRS pics! WINNER - 2009 Best in Class Range Rover Sport Award

Sorry VA know where you coming from and will keep it clean. The HST i'm on about is a close friends so ill be posting some pics but strictly for information not business related.

Adam will those '10' HST lights fit straight onto a 56 plate TDV6? I know it mentions ballast in the auction so not sure if its bolt-on and away you go?

they will if fitted with the correct resistors.... make sure they come fitted as some companies on ebay just stick some resistors in the box and its up to you to try and connect them which can be a pain! WINNER - 2009 Best in Class Range Rover Sport Award

Hi Tony,
This is my 1st post...so nervous!

Ok. I like to look at your RRS, it looks nice. I like to look at the wheels Confused but I probably would leave it in its original color to contrast a bit out of all the black. I like what you did with the grill, looks great.

Only in Chicago...where the potholes eat them up every day!

More people run 22's than 24's on the RRS if they upsize from the standard 19 or 20's. PJPR

A Texas man wanting to drop rim size! What ever next!

Reason I say because a large portion of Range Rovers on Cardomain (mainly US based) are all on 24's. I know the roads are better in the states (flatter, less corners, everything on blocks) however if you cross a bumpy road the ride would be awful!

I can remember when I switched from the 20's to 22's and could notice a difference.
