you could always hide the task bar and use alt and tab to navigate between windows.
Or if you use quite a few IE windows at once if you choose group similar taks bar buttons it will put all IE tab ... |

From the comments i feel the TDV6 HSE sounds like the best car. I did drive one and it was really slow but the performance increase from a Chip could tip the scales.
