Brief update, checked voltage this morning and it's 11V across the terminals... 2006 RRS S/C CONSTANTLY under modification...

That's the same rated battery my 5.0L S/C had from new, the petrol one's seem to be lower rated than the diesel spec. ones. I actually replaced mine with a Varta AGM Stop/Start battery I think it was type G14 whatever that translates to in rating but is higher than original and never been any problem, when get a few minutes will have a look under bonnet and check rating. Look's Like 95Ah 850A. UK code 019 AGM

Looks like an original battery get it changed and see if you can get a 95 ah one for a bit more power |

Do not think they will but cranking amps will always make starting easy Cant actually believe they changed a battery with the engine running t hat could be so dangerous |
