Hi'

Apologise, you are probably right not having a good day really, Sad it is easier if you have a second pair of hands to help support the spoiler though, as easy to mark/scratch the paint on the roof with the three longish mounting studs if trying to juggle it on your own.

Cheers

Col, I apologise! You are right - the MY10 rear light/spoiler is different. It's got the reverse camera etc as well and the assembly is different. Have you any tips on removal?

Hi,

To be fair the spoiler removal procedure is about the same, If I remember correctly the light unit is held in with a couple of 4/5mm nuts' not screws, the camera is just second electrical plug to disconnect. As I said I would suggest a second pair of hands to help as the washer pipe and plugs can be a little awkward to disconnect if tight while balancing spoiler at same time. Preferential to marking or scratching the roof paintwork.

Cheers
Col

Buy Genuine and buy them from Dan at Duckworths (forum sponsor - search on here and tell him you are a forum member). Significantly cheaper than a main dealer

Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

I recently replaced all disks, pads and sensors on by 2012 sdv6 with Bodsys brake bible incluing buying all the tools needed for under £500. Very simple to do yourself.

Brembo:

Pads rear 33.99
Pads front 63.99
Disks front 151.98
Disks rear 97.98
Sensors 12. 00

Plus euro car parts always have a sale on, i got an email today with 30% off same as the discount i got on the above prices a few weeks ago.

Plus I now own a whole heap of tools, including a 3ton trolly jack, axle stands, torque wrenches the list goes on.

Im in essex if you want a hand or need to borrow some tools.
