Phone no sound !

Hi, I have a fault on the phone, I can connect to the car, phone book etc no problem but when I try to make a call on the the phone and radio display it says dailing but there is no sound then after a minute the car cancels and goes back to the radio.
I know the phone is ok as I've tried it on another RRS which was an 55 plate and it worked fine, mines an 08 any ideas anyone ?
Does the Bluetooth connect to the amp under the drivers seat ? I assume the connections are ok at the head unit as the display is showing phone book etc as said above. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Blutooth Sits in the boot behind the panel.
I would start with a hard reset. Take the battery connections off and touch the cables together for 10-20 seconds OFF the battery.
Then reconnect and see if it was a software glitch. Bodsys Brake Bible

Hi scared, it doesn't get as far as a call, there's no ring tone, nothing ! Volume had been one of my thoughts the first time I tried it. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Just an update went for a drive and it all came on and worked for a while then stopped again. I saw in another post it could be the amp itself. Mine appears to be under LHS s front seat. Could it be aloose connection under there.
Anyone got any ideas????

Is that where the amp is in the sports under the pas (left) seat ?? Because it's under the drivers seat on D3's. Does the phone connect to the amp or to the head unit ?? 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Same problem here with iphone. I noticed it only happens when its charging (or when the lead is connected to the phone) problem stops when disconnecting the cable.

Had it connected to a reader this afternoon and found 2 DTC's on the phone 1 says internal fault in phone module and the other says it needs calibrating. The phone mod will be in the o/s/r next to the access panel I believe ?? 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current
