Sounds good. Surround cameras can be very useful. As is remote park heat. Expensive though. Extra large washer bottle is a must - many dealers add this automatically.

You will have a bit of time to amend the order once placed though, providing your dealer keeps on top of the dates.

Will I have to do any thing with tpm if I change the wheels ?

I might be worth upgrading to the Meridian Surround Sound (825W) if you listen to anything else then talk radio, but perhaps that is already included in the standards specs for your trim level? 2015 Range Rover Sport HSE TDV6, Corris Grey

I wouldn't advise fitting 22s until you've read the threads on this and you're sure you want to do it

I have had a few rr with 22's . Love the way they look a sit .
The dealer won't fit them due to the loading on a 7 seater but they have told me there will be no issue from there point of view on the warranty.
I have a good choice of dealers . Taunton , roger young and county .

Tyres.

At launch the only 22 tyre in the correct size has a lower max load, 108 against 110 I think it is.

If say Dunlop or whoever come up with a 22 in the higher load then fair do.

If you run the lower spec, 108, with a fully loaded car you could/wil overload the tyre.

If you blow a tyre and try to claim you would loose. Just like any mods to the car, like an engine remap.

I am not sure you would lose a warranty claim if the issue was unrelated to the change. Remap ECU and suffer engine problems = no valid claim. Replace tyres and suffer engine problems = ?

That is not what meant mate.

I understand if the sunroof for example stops working and you fitted a remap, all should ok with the sunroof.

But there was lots of negativity on here about Remaps. Dave even came on.
So if remapped and it blows the crank, you will be in trouble.

We now have dealer apparently saying it is ok to use the wrong tyre rating.

If that tyre blows up because you run over the capacity of the tyre you will loose a claim if you need one.

Besides it is a 110 tyre for a reason.

Does that explain better.

I know, but thanks.

A serious question which I hope is not taken the wrong way: I understand that the load rating for tyres on +2 seat cars is 110 (or 112) and that 22s only go up to 108 currently. What tyres does the TDV8 have when on 22s? GVW of the TDV8 is 50 kg more than that of the 5+2 SDV6.

It is the rear axle load that is the problem not the overall GVW.

This is from topix, sure you will have seen it.

And this again.

Most of the extra weight of the TDV8 motor is over the front wheels.
