Lots of things in a door that can vibrate and wear causing movement. If the membrane is complete, it may be wear, if the door has been opened, check security of everything including loom, it could also be the speaker itself blown due to water ingress or too much boom boom. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

With the door card installed pick a song to get the vibrations, then firmly push systematically over the whole door card to see if applying pressure in a specific location reduces/ stops the vibration. If it does you will know the approximate area from where the rattle/ vibration is coming from.

Thanks for tips, rattle has disappeared but im sure itll be back at some point so i can try finding culprit. Black Range Rover Sport Supercharged 2005 with exterior overfinch bodykit
