Well, I'm glad to say yesterdays training ride was a success.
Didn't 'quite' get the 200 miles in we set out for (due to fading light) but still managed 181 miles in a rather respectable 18.1mph average

After my exhausting day sat at my desk yesterday were i burnt off something like 6 calories,

Ive sat at my desk and ate 4x sausage rolls, 1 x chicken bake, a large egg custard and i'm on my second can of Vimto Cherry

Really should start doing some form exercise
