RRSport Meet London To Coventry Convoy PART 2!!

Just so we can sort out who will be traveling from north or south?

Please keep an eye on THIS first post i will keep it up to date with all the latest info as i'm sure we're only 3 or 4 post before we're off topic

Meet Date is! 28th of February 2009

All attending should aim to arrive no earlier than 11:30 AT GAYDON (meeting points N and S will obviously be earlier) which is when both convoys should arrive. Whichever convoy arrives first, please organise parking. You can leave whenever you like, however there will be more details soon from Kam regarding the 2nd leg of the meet (evening meal) which will dictate what time those members need to leave.

Please park in model order (myself, Jay and any other volunteers will act as Marshals) so that we have Sports together, FL2’s together, non-LR product together etc etc, all facing in the same direction as each other for a photo opportunity!

When paying for your tickets at the museum please say the magic word ‘rrsport.co.uk’ and you will be entitled to a reduction off the entry fee to £7 per adult (Children under 5 free).

Had a chat with Kam been told that you North guy's will be meeting up in Coventry in a carpark then will make your way down to Gaydon. I will PM this info over when i have it save posting it on the open forum for all to see.

Meet time will be around 9:30 ish and head off from Coventry no later then 10:45 to get to Gaydon around 11:30

We should all get in to Gaydon around the same time we hope
