I have ebony interior but I do also have a set of sand colour Land Rover RRS (CHPRsupplied) seat covers. I mainly have the cover on the driver's seat to prevent salt water stains when boat launching. I don't think the sand coloured covers would mark ivory or alpaca leather so if you do want seat covers, they should be fine.
