Looks nice Ronnie Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I wish I had the know how to paint correction the car for the same finish.

Might just buy a g220 and a scrap panel and play around

With the G220 you can't go too wrong I would work away! just start out with applying LSP and the progress from there

The plan is to get it spotlessly clean and polish with AG SRP or AG EDG, then put on 2 or 3 layers of collinite 476

Would you recommend using a G220 on SRP or EDG to either apply or buff off at my level of expertise? or do it by hand

also is a G220 ok for Collinite 476 apply thin layer by hand (applicator sponge) and then using it to buff off layers?

I would use the G220 for applying the SRP the only problem with this is it has fillers so you are not going to get true correction and after a short while, the marks will reappear. Personall I don't like the AG products. I would personally go to Tim at Clean your Car and get the sample Menzerma range for £29 and use it start with the lightest cut with a finishing pad then step up if this does not work. I would finish with a couple of coats of Collies by sponge applicator wipe with some megs QD and then sit back and admire!

As My final wax I used Dodo Juice Double with 2 coats of hard wax and 2 coats of soft wax then wiped down with Zaino Za to remove any hazing.

Just to be clear in my head would i use the G220 to wipe off the collies or use my elbow grease and mircrofibres with QD.

Which pads do you use, or can recommend, for applying SRP (do i need a pad for taking off srp too Embarassed )

This level of polishing is totally new to me Embarassed but been fancing getting a G220 as the results are amazing when used correctly Thumbs Up

I use 3m compounding and finishing pads (6") and sonus 4" pads. You will use a microfiber fo wipe off the collies then give it a go to get rid of any hazing form excess wax. PM me and I will give u my mob number if u want a chat. Also have a read of some of Dave KG's how to tips they are very good.

Then give the car a good going over, I'll PM when i get to this point, until i have a g220 i sort of know what i'm doing it hink anyway Laughing

Thanks again for the advice
