Trailer Hitches - Alternatives to OEM?

The trailer hitches and the kit seems 1) expensive 2) not as versatile.

I'm guessing the trailer hitch receiver I'll have to get OEM, but what about the hitch kit / ball?

Can I use one from this website: http://www.multihitch.com/retail.html

A problem you may encounter with an adjustable ball hitch is the height of the ball in relation to the rear parking sensors. If it is set too high the sensors will detect the ball. I experience this problem using the OEM adjustable hitch. After complaining RR informed me that I could only use the lowest set of holes even though I needed the next set of holes up. Had to make do with the lower holes as there was no remedy.[/img]

Couldn't you just turn the parking sensors off?
