Imported rrs

Hi all,

Ive been looking to get a white RRS for a few weeks now, but it seems that the only ones that are available are imports and i was wondering if there is any down sides to buying an import?? - has any one here got one?

Also does anyone have any other ideas on where to find a nearly new white rrs, other than the usual autotrader ect?

Jay's motor is an import. It still gets the same warranty as UK spec vehicles. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Mines an import , no difference other than i dont think i get Land Rover Assistance , which to be fair is ok for me as i can change a tyre and dont mind doing so Rolling with laughter

Mine's an import from Spain - unlike my R32 from Holland the RRS came with all uk manuals and service history etc - I don't know of any issues with importing and 'touch wood' there won't be any.

I didn't realise however that it didn't come with Landrover assist as I have all the documentation for that and I thought that was european - as mine is a european car I thought I would have it.

Give the guys at www.individualcars.com a call - they can normally get you anything from RangeRover to Rolls!

Dont know if im right i havent got the documents for assistance but i believe i saw it on LR website , if anyone knows the answer im sure it will come . . be good if i can use it .. then i wont bother to change me tyres .. Thumbs Up

I'm surprised you can't seem to find anything other than an import Confused

I think James @ Charles Hurst LR was saying he had a couple of whites on order as demos... might be worth ringing them? Click on the sponsors link at the top of this page for contact details... James is away at the moment, but they should be able to help you.
