BMW's version of satnav is on DVD, and in my last BMW which had the CD version I swapped that for something different and it just worked... L319 D4 HSE

Hmm - I think I still have a BMW SatNav DVD from my M3... I wonder if that's worth trying or whether it'll send the RRS off into a spin Wink

I don't think it can actually do any harm, its just reading the disc, if it doesnt work just pop the proper one back in.

It is definitely worth a try, if I had the DVD I would try it. L319 D4 HSE

Is the Nav an Alpine like the boogey box? If so there might be an update available from the nav manufacturer, but not necessarily LR. TDV6 - gone
