It's a car crash basically - exactly what has happened to Kaine is a common thing. Parts getting nicked out of one box to cater for missing parts in another, orders being ignored because they're in an incovenenient part of the warehouse etc. Would you believe they're also happy to take returned goods that are indefinitely old. I remember her saying once that someone returned an electric shower that had been in use for 3 years because it didn't work anymore - literally the guy turned up with a carrier bag full of parts and they accepted it.... |
