That’s a whole assembly going to the secondary turbo. If you find a used one from a newer 3.0 it’s a formed rubber hose with a clamp and one way valve. You can easily remove and put on just the broken bit. Temporarily you can just use vacuum hose and appropriate sized clips.

On the original hard pipe you need to delicately cut the pipe and then you can remove the end.
