Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black
Battery Monitoring

I have just bought a Veratron (VDO) battery monitiring kit (VL Flex 52 - IBM Kit ). It is designed for boats but can be used for other purposes.

The 52mm gauge shows battery voltage /current draw /battery SOC and battery temperature. It can show either a single display or a dual display at the push of a switch. It is programmable by your phone.

It's perfect for the Range Rover or any modern vehicle that has a high battery demand.

It just requires the battery hardware to be attached to the negative terminal of the battery. My car does not have a BMS system so I do not know how it will interfere with cars fitted with a BMS system.

It is nice to see battery voltage and the current draw simultaneously. Here is the web link.
