Speedo Orange lines?


Evening all,

My wife was driving our 2018 L494 this afternoon, she sent me a photo of the speedo...
She's unsure on these orange lines showing from 0-20 mph, which seems to have an arrow in it just below 10 mph.

I'm not sure on it either, any ideas?

It seems so.. I was at work and she was panicking that she’d broken it or something was wrong.
