Cheers for that. I’ve requested a call back from my local MD to discuss getting this fixed if it hasn’t already.

My Indy will probably know this (a LR specialist of more than 40+ years) so will have done plenty of these but still worthwhile mentioning it.

Make sure when getting belts done on the SDV6 that your indy times the fuel pump (its not timed on the 2.7 TDV6, but is on the SDV6). It'll still run ok, but performance will be down.

Well JLR got back to me and said as the car is out of warranty it (the fuel tank slosh slap noise) can’t be done and quoted me a price of £900!! I don’t know whether to laugh or flipping cry 😢 😂
