OEM headunit: which one

I've recently bought a TDV8 from 2009 where the previous owner changed the headunit to an aftermarket one from Pioneer. But he did not do it entirely correct so the display in the dash is "stuck" on the LR logo. I searched the forum already for the proper way of doing that, but I will fiddle with that in the future.

I want to change the headunit back to an OEM one (so the display works again), but the original headunit did not come with the car so I want to buy a secondhand OEM one. I'm not sure if there are different versions of headunits depending which sound-system the cars had?

Can I just buy whatever OEM headunit and will that work, or do I need a specific partnumber?
I think my car is fitted with the Logic7 system.

Any will do, three are available, two of them will fit your car: single-disc CD player and 6-disc changer. The latter has "465" type marking, if I remember correctly. In general - any headunit that has the green display slightly offset to the right side.
The amplifier, tuner and TMC module are located in the trunk area, so the actual headunit acts as the user interface and a junction for various connections, copper and optic fibre. Regards etc.,

You need the unit with the optical fibre connection at the rear.
A 6 disc model should suit

On pre facelift the amp is under the seat, and tuner built into the headunit

CD560 is a single disk player with built in amp and MOST socket for screen. CD565 is 6 disk player without built in amp and uses the MOST to connect to amp and screen. Interestingly while I had my single disk player out I plugged in a CD465 6 disk from a disco and it worked the screen and connected to my phone via blue tooth obviously no sound as I don't have the amp under the seat. So any 6 disk player should work if you have the separate amp. Just be aware though that the disco one has a different fascia shape at the bottom and won't fit without modification even though they look the same. 2008 RRS 2.7 TDV6 S Poverty model
