4 pot Brembo's 360mm discs, 6 pot Brembo's are 380mm discs, not sure they ever fitted 4 pots on the facelift L320 unless maybe the last of the TDV8's, and yes the 6 pots from a L494 will fit the L320. Although you may need the larger backplate from the S/C L320 although some say the original can be used although clearance is a bit tight.

My s/c has 6 pots and they are defiantly 380mm discs, 99.99% certain the add is wrong at 360mm.

Yes, but I have read people have managed to use the original one's when doing the conversion, although they are a little tight for clearance.

I finally got around to the task of cleaning up my eBay purchased 6 pot Brembos, ordered in some Brembo stickers and High temp caliper paint... after much cleaning and wire brushing, masking etc I am pretty happy with the results.

For the same mod I used the Brembo pads and while they initially were quite dusty, the things settled and it is OK now. Thought about EBC Yellows, but since it is an upgrade and it could have gone wrong, I decided to try the cheaper Brembos first and move to EBC only if I need to. Still undecided after a month, satisfied with Brembos but I didn't do any proper motorway travels. Regards etc.,

I think you may find that's the wrong part number for the rears on a L320 should be DP42068.

Certainly not cheap here in Australia... between A$500 and A$620 just for the fronts.
