Any mis-matched tyre tread depths, I believe they may cause something like this if vastly different depths.

All tyres was replaced I’m told 4000 miles ago and all have good tread about the same, I did check Tyre pressures and they was low, I have topped up the pressures but made no difference |

If parked up for 12 months, might be worth just checking to see if you have a sticky brake caliper or guide pins. Could read this may help or give a clue.

Does the problem occur with DSC turned off? A way to check whether it is DSC causing it or something else. 07MY RRS TDV6

No problem not there when dsc turned off, I have cleaned all sensors, calipers and greased guide pins, also checked Tyre pressures which was a bit low on the rear n/s. Still got problem but not as bad |
