Get somebody to read the codes first before guessing. Joe |

there was no codes or no lights on the dash, idled fine just no power when i pulled away after 2500rpm it seemed ok. I've dropped the car at my local garage now as i couldn't see anything obvious. i will update when i hear back from them |

When I had a loss of power caused by a split top turbo hose there was no smoke. This sounds a bit more serious than that. The way forward is to get the codes read. Hope that "local garage" is a specialist LR one or they may not get you much further forward. Robin

so drivers side egr was totally shot, falling apart so the garage made up some blanks and blanked the egr off. car is now running fine |
