Aux Lights on w/ High Beams

I HAVE searched before posting but could someone kindly direct me to a post or tutorial how to
properly wire aux lights, specifically an LED light bar to come on w/ the high beams. My new-to-me ride (my 3rd RRS SC)
is a MY2013 and I don't want to at all risk damaging these fantastic AFS headlights.
Thanks in advance.

It will be a hack as there's not a specific Aux Light for the 2013 RRS

This is an example wiring diagram https://www.extremelights.co.za/blogs/news...led-lights

Definitely use a relay solution and that shouldn't affect your existing headlights.

There's an Aux Driving Light kit for the pre-facelift (like the one on mine) and it would likely be that the wiring diagram on that would be of help. There's a pdf for VUB502440 in this link https://www.rangerovers.net/threads/rrs-tw...help.34750

Thanks again - I'd seen that post AND the never ending instructions _ I know how to wire a relay - I just need " tap into the wire colored???? to facilitate On-With-High Beam (or Brights or UnDipped - however they're referred to in UK)

I've done exactly this on mine, will check the wiring for you later and confirm which colour we tapped into for hi-beam

So mine's tapped in on the nearside (that'd be the offside on yours I imagine) and it's a blue and grey wire.

We found it simply by using a multimeter and testing each wire in turn until we found the one that gave us 12v when the main beam was engaged.

I would imagine your wiring colours would be the same but you might like to check in the same way.
