I was more after the ability to power close than open. Seems like more cost than its probably worth really. Got plenty of other items higher on the list!

England 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Fuji White

Unfortunately LR didn’t design the boot with remote close, it required the pressing of the button on the boot which was a missed opportunity in my opinion. They could have had the gesture closing boot well ahead of their competitors! I bought a gadget off eBay which means I can close it from the key fob or the dash button and I reckon it would be easy to retrofit a gesture closure sensor. 2012 5.0 SC AB

I did see an instal video guide for a Range Rover somewhere.
Cant find it now, any ideas?

Hi Brit, care to elaborate on your remote close setup?

I'm surprised with the 2012 tailgate retrofit being so popular there isn't more info on getting the button close wired up. I've got some wiring and a connector sat there taped up in the void. Frustrating.
