It is not brake fluid,brake system is sound. |

The vehicle has not been used for a few weeks.Is there fluid within the strut ? The bottom joint of the strut is wet. |

Yes the dampers are nitrogen gas and oil filled.

Thanks for the replies.It looks to me like the bottom of the strut has corroded allowing fluid to seep out.They are the ones with a small cylinder attached to the side of the lower end.All part of the Dynamic Response I think.I will remove this week and investigate further. |
