if you have a lift, its easier to lift the bod away fronm the chassis, remove the air con gas, if you dont have a machine get a mobile guy out. |

How long would you say it takes to remove the body mate? If its not that long, then may be worth it as I would strip the OS head too and replace the chain and valve seals.

Your not wrong there. Im already thinking of whipping the os head off, doing the gasket, all seals etc. Injectors, stems.

Busy day today. Managed to lift the body and pull both the heads off. Pots and pistons look spot on, still see the honing marks.

well if you remove the cam, turn the head upside down.
