2007 roof lining removal

Hi all need to loosen my head lining to fit a new gps antenna under the sharks fin what's the best way as I see airbags in the C posts 61 AB 5.0 supercharged rocket
07 HSE TDV8 with lots of toys EGR removed BAS remap
56 HSE WAS FULL OF PROBLEMS

Something like:

Loosen the carpeted side panels in the boot.
Remove the C panel posts.
Start pulling the headlining down from the tailgate aperture.

You will see in the middle, a silver bar that is glued to the headlining and clipped to the roof. Prise this away from the roof.
