Does anybody no if the breather pipe on top of front diff has a one way valve in it
Oil leaking from back of front diff took plastic pipe off top of diff blocked cleared it with airline when connected back to breather pipe on diff blew down it blocked if it doesn't have a one way valve any suggestions on how to unblock it thanks in advance 2,7 rrs 56,plate

There is a small valve cap at the top of the breather pipe next to the radiator on the NS. Cut it off and replace with the revised larger version.

I would worry that if it's leaking then the seal is already shot... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I have already swapped that i don't think there will be a one way valve in tube at top of diff I think that's where it's blocked and caused oil leak as it can't breath but how do I unblock it
There's nothing to undo to take pipe off diff it's just a curved small pipe with a small rubber tube that connects to breather pipe from engine bay

The pipe is removable because it is removed if the diff is dropped. Hopefully one of the mechanics will be along soon to give more advice. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I hope so mate where metal breather pipe that comes off diff looks round no nut attached to unscrew it off
Will hopefully be able to get it off going try air line on it at weekend first to see if I can clear blockage
