Lazy relay (probably). Try swapping it with another (engine bay fusebox) and see if it cures it. |

There won't be a spare, if that's what you mean, but, you could swap temporarily with, for instance, the headlamp washer one. Then you'll be able to see if it is indeed the issue. |

On the back of the engine bay fusebox lid there's a diagram with symbols that should direct you to it. |
