2007 RRS Boot bottom Trim

Can anybody tell me if the letters on this are just stuck on or if removed do they leave marks?

The Letters are just stuck on however if you remove them it is possible the paintwork may be slightly bleached with the weather and the outline of the lettering may be viable. If so you could always try a machine polish on it and it may remove it.
