Basically not sure it's the front bumpers had a crap red pray because I can see a lot of white dots and is getting worse the more I wash it , could this be a bad re spray ? Or are they know to look like this after time mines a 2008 grey but it's starting to annoy me and might get it done thanks

If you already have paint chips and you're getting overly enthusiastic with a powerful jet wash you will make things worse. Road tar can take paint with it if it's blasted off with a powerful jet wash. Pre wash with a good product to loosen road film/bugs/tar/bird turd etc.
