How do I open the key fob to replace the battery?

You don't !! They charge up when the key is in the ignition there's no battery to change.... |

It's quite easy but you have to do it carefully to avoid damaging the components inside the fob. The battery is a rechargeable PANASONIC VL 2330 which can be bought online for about £2 or so. You'll need to be handy with a soldering iron and have a fresh tube of Super Glue but that's all you need. The alternative is a dealer who will charge you upwards of £150 for a new fob.
