Hi Muddy, i had a faulty power saver, i'm awaiting delivery of a replacement which should be on tuesday, other than that, yes i'm all sorted thanks. |

Just hardwired the Blackvue in the new RRS and had to read my own guide from last time to refresh my memory |

Tucked up into roof lining and down behind a pillar trim then through hole behind trim for bonnet release |

I decided not to undo trim and the bonnet release but to extend the earth wire by a few inches, loosen the bolt at the bottom on the RHS of the glove compartment which is attached to the metal frame and push a "U"type connector down onto the bolt between the bracket and the plastic. Even if you don't get it seated right on the bolt it holds in place ok when the bolt is tightened. |

Where did you guys install the camera? I wanted to put mine up on the windshield behind the rearview mirror. I'm just wondering how to run the power cable neatly from the fusebox. I guess I have to rip apart some of the moldings?

There is enough space to tuck the cable away behind the headlining where it meets the screen, then tuck it away behind the pillar trim. |
