Hi people,

I am new to the site and have come across trying to research an issue I am currently facing.

Basically my Nearside mirror will not move down when pressing down on the knob- It will move up, left and right using it... But when I try to move it down it doesn't budge.....

I originally thought it may be the motor but when I put it in reverse (Dipping Function Activated) it drops down as its supposed to?

Any ideas? Just to add, the Offside one still functions perfectly both ajusting them with the knob and when in reverse!

Hi 3539david and welcome.

I would have thought the switch would be the first thing to suspect. Selecting left or right brings different contacts into play so the right side down one may be working but the left may not be. The mirror memory module will work independantly of the switch which is about £20.
