Had a similar fault on my D4 and it turned out to be 2 combined faults.

I used a infra red temperature gun when it starts to vibrate pull over and take the temperature of each wheel one was twice the temperature of the others thats what made them strip it all down and found one piston on the caliper was sticking and not releasing fully, Main dealers had it 4 times and couldnt find anything until i did this and filmed the vibration as you could see it on the steering wheel MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White
