I never had anything from Kahn but have had 20" Overfinch wheels on my car. After about 10 month they of continuous driving I started experiencing wobble in the steering which was identified to be down to damaged wheels (3 out of 4 to be precise). Trying to take this matter up with OF - only response was "sorry sir, we have never had this issue" but was given an option that if I wish I may send them to OF (as I moved out of UK) on my own cost and they will inspect them for me - which I considered good service,hmmm...
Never the less the lesson learned for me is - do not install any non-genuine parts on your vehicle!!!

i have offered to accomodate Sexy pauly but he isnt interested in my proposal. as far as im concerned theres nothing more i can do.

Oh yes I have been to the showroom and have smelt to bull and experienced poor sales attitude. I looked a a FFRR and an Aston but the workmanship did not look good on the RR, what scared me more was the fact that there was a guy trying to fit xenon bulbs into some aston fog lightsand not using much care. look kahn car look nice but they soon start to have problems usually about the same time the waxy shine wears off. last time i was there I met a guy in the car park who had made a purchase and he had nothing but bad words to say about your after service, i then didnt even go in I went to the local land rover garage up the road only to find you had work your tainted magic and some of their showrrom cars.

I now have a Overfinch Supersport and I tell you the build quality and customer service is excellent, I would happily introduce anyone to them.

I see Kahn has well and truely wound his neck in!!!!!

I have just read about what they are doing to KP veyron, KP might have no taste but Kahn have no standards to be even considering doing what KP wants to a veyron...... Kahn have no standards, they just put the pound sing first... no matter what!

kahn himself does not post on here himself but i do represent the company on here.

i cannot deny that i find it deeply saddening at the leve of service you have recieved regarding this however im not an idiot and i know regardless of what myself or we as a company do it will be almost impossible to to change your opinion.

unfortunately it is very difficult for me to control matters that happened before i started with the company as you no doubt appreciate. however what i will say is that it is a very different situation now and the service is very very different and i would love to give you the opportunity to find this out for yourself.

the problem we have with somethiing like the KP cars is that it definitely isnt to everyones tastes but as we offer a completely bespoke service the cusomer gets exactly what they want. and lets face it... if we didnt do it..... someone else would.

what i will say is that i find it very very hard to see the bugatti being pinted pink anytime soon. (read between the lines there people)

and neil i do fully appreciate your honesty

Martin, i don't think anyone is calling you an idiot, at the end of the day its Kahn that has got the reputation not you. Do you pass these comments onto kahn himself? If so, it would be intresting to hear his remarks.

i doi feed this back on a regular basis but a lot of it i take on with other people involved in the production and supply chain as its a bit more relevant to them.
