SE - Which 19" Wheels

Hi, as well as the standard 19" 15 spoke alloys that come as standard on the MY10 SE, according the the LR website there's also a no-cost option of 19" 5-V spoke alloys that the LR web site say are "more suitable for off road use".

Anyone have a picture or know what the V-spoke ones look like? What's the difference that makes them more suitable for off-roading? Are the stock wheels better for road use?

Thanks,

Those are the old "standard" 19in wheel that used to be stock on the HSE.

Tried to show you a couple of examples via the Gallery, but there seems to be a problem there.

Search the gallery for "19" wheel" and you'll see the type I'm talking about Thumbs Up

Thanks all.

So what would make these wheels better for off-road use than the MY10 stock ones? Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.8::MG Montego Turbo::MGB GT::Rover Sterling::MGF::MG ZT 190+

Is it just the tyres that are fitted that makes them more suited for off-road use? WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

Y spokes will be cheaper to refurb once they have been Censored up off roading as there is less work in the prep Laughing

That is where the 'suitable' comes in Whistle
